“Logic can be used to provide evidence, but it can’t be used to gain new insights; that requires intuition.”

ALBERT SCHWEITZER

Intuitive management

The most important decision is that you decide – to decide. Because only if you decide, then it is you who is creative and designs, otherwise others do it – maybe not at all in the way you want it.

How many of your decisions do you make without 100% facts? In the case of innovative decisions, this affects almost everyone, precisely because there simply are not or cannot be sufficient facts for this.

However, the challenge is not only the inadequate factual situation, but also the rapidly increasing time pressure under which decisions are expected and demanded – without the opportunity for sufficient information, research and market analysis, often also for reasons of time and cost.

How do you decide then? Mostly out of a mood that is a mixture of thinking and feeling, rationality and emotion. Rarely do you have inner promptings available when you need them.
But it is precisely these inner inspirations that make a decision “right”.
You know inner intuitions from your life. They occur randomly – passively – from a subconscious or unconscious level that cannot be consciously generated for most people when they need information to make decisions.

Intuitive management offers active and conscious access to the information of our intuition, to inner promptings. This enables you to communicate consciously with this subconscious level of information and to work actively and productively. You then make your decisions on an optimal information basis.

Intuitive management can be applied in all areas of life, in the professional as well as in the private sphere, in leisure time, in the family, with the children (e.g. when they are ill), in the development and direction of life – whenever you have to decide something.

Secure decisions – based on expertise and intuition – provide a solid life foundation for a fulfilling and successful life.
